EN 15382:2013土工合成阻挡层 CE认证标准适用范围Scope
This European Standard (EN 15382:2013) specifies the relevant characteristics of geosynthetic barriers（polymeric, clay and bituminous geosynthetic barriers）, used as fluid barriers in infrastructure works, e.g. roads railroads, runways of airports, and the appropriate test methods to determine these characteristics. Tunnels and underground structures are addressed in EN 13491.

EN 15382标准已经于2014年8月8日开始协调，缓冲期一年，于2015年8月8日强制执行。其产品加贴CE标识，才能在市场范围内销售。土工合成阻挡层CE认证根据EN15382标准进行认证。

EN 15382土工合成阻挡层产品CE认证根据欧盟建筑产品CPR法规，采用体系2+产品认证体系(AVCP System 2+)。从2013年7月1日起，欧盟强制实施建筑产品CPR法规(Construction Product Regulation简称No.305/2011/EU-CPR法规) ，新的CPR法规取代之前的CPD指令(Construction Product Directive简称CPD:89/106/EEC指令)
