焊接材料或焊材是指焊接时所消耗材料的通称，例如焊条、焊丝、金属粉末、焊剂、气体、电极、衬垫等。不同的母材和焊接方法适用焊材也不一样，欧盟针对不同材质、不同应用的焊材制定了相应的技术规范标准。焊材出口欧盟各成员国时，需要通过CE认证。
