The Russian State Registration Certificate is also known as the National Registration Certificate of Russia. Per the official announcement issued by Russia on June 29, 2010, health certificates for food-related products were officially abolished. Since July 1, 2010, electronic and electrical products under sanitary and epidemiological supervision are no longer required to obtain sanitary certification, which has been replaced by the Russian State Registration Certificate.

Previously, except for products related to food and drinking water (such as electrical appliances in contact with food), radiation-emitting products including laptops and computer monitors were mandatorily required to apply for Russian sanitary certification.

Currently, the new Russian State Registration Certificate only regulates electrical products that come into contact with food. All sanitary certificates issued before July 1, 2010, remained valid only until January 1, 2012. The Russian State Registration Certificate is valid permanently.

3. Cosmetics, oral hygiene tools and products;

4. Daily chemical products;

5. Food additives;

6. Medical products;

7. Personal hygiene products for adults and children.

4. Technical product data;

5. Management system certificates such as ISO9001;

6. Other supporting documents.

Certification Procedures

1. Submit the certification application, including product name, model, specifications and HS code;

2. Expert assessment and customized certification plan formulation;

3. Prepare application documents under professional guidance;

4. Factory audit and sample testing (if required by the certification scheme);

5. Institutional review of factory qualifications and submitted materials, followed by draft certificate issuance;

6. Issue the official certificate in electronic and hard copy versions.
