The Russian exemption letter, namely the RTN exemption letter, is used for customs clearance of goods exported to Russia. It applies to products outside the scope of mandatory GOST certification. VNIIS is the only authorized institution in Moscow to issue this document. We can provide local processing services in Russia.

Application Process for Russian Exemption Letter

1. Application form in English and Russian;

2. Product introduction and manuals in English and Russian;

3. Contract and invoice (both mandatory) to confirm client information, address and quantity;

4. OKP code (Russian national classification code) and HS code;

5. Professional experts review the application and documents. VNIIS will issue the exemption letter to Russian customs and the importer within one week.
