Kazakhstan Metrology Certification is a mandatory permit issued by the Kazakhstan Metrology Agency, certifying that measuring equipment or instruments fully comply with Kazakhstan's metrology requirements and can be used within the scope of metrology supervision and control. Obtaining metrology certification is not only a way of metrology control, but also a necessary means to ensure the uniformity of measurement nationwide.

It should be noted that measuring equipment, tools and instruments used in the field of measurement uniformity regulation need to obtain a metrology certificate.

Validity Period of Kazakhstan Metrology Certification:

1. Single-batch metrology certificate: This certificate is based on fixed equipment under a sales contract and is valid for the lifetime of the equipment;

2. 5-year valid metrology certificate: The certificate can be issued after sample testing.

Application Procedures for Kazakhstan Metrology Certification:

1. The applicant submits a certification application;

2. The certification body confirms the certification mode and implementation requirements according to the applicant's product situation;

3. The applicant submits detailed product information;

4. Confirm sample testing or factory audit according to the certification mode:

  - For sample testing: The applicant prepares samples and sends them to the laboratory designated by the Kazakhstan Metrology Agency for testing;

  - For factory audit: Our company arranges Kazakh experts to conduct factory inspection, on-site coordination and translation in China.

5. Review and supplement the required certification documents;

6. Certificate issuance and registration.

Document List for Kazakhstan Metrology Certification:

1. Enterprise information (accurate Chinese and English name, address, contact information, etc. If the registered address is different from the factory address, please specify separately);

2. Enterprise qualifications (business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate);

3. Valid ISO9001 quality management system certificate;

4. Product information (accurate product name in Chinese, English and Russian, model, HS code, etc.);

5. Product manual (Russian version);

6. Product photos;

7. Product drawings (mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, etc.);

8. Metrology test report issued by a domestic ISO17025 accredited third-party laboratory;

9. Internal test records or reports;

10. Calibration records and reports of internal test equipment;

11. Other international certification certificates (such as EU CE certification, US UL certification, etc.).
