Packaging Materials EAC Certification Customs Union Certification
All types of packaging manufactured or imported in the Customs Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan) require mandatory EAC Declaration of Conformity.
This certification verifies compliance with safety specifications and GOST standards specified in Customs Union Technical Regulation TR CU 005/2011.
Packaging EAC certification enables unrestricted trade of packaging materials across the Customs Union. Only the EAC Declaration is legally mandatory for packaging products, with no mandatory EAC Certificate required. Enterprises may apply for voluntary GOST R certification to enhance market competitiveness in Russia and international markets.
