Fireworks EAC Certification Customs Union Certification

TR CU 006/2011 is formulated based on the national technical regulations of Kazakhstan and Russia regarding the safety of pyrotechnic compositions and related products. Fireworks EAC certification follows TP TC 006/2011, the unified Customs Union regulation specially for pyrotechnic product safety.

TR CU 006/2011 Certification Scope

1. This regulation applies to all fireworks circulated within the Customs Union, regardless of manufacturing origin.

2. It sets binding safety requirements for the production, transportation, storage, sales, operation and disposal of pyrotechnic goods, standardizes identification rules, protects public safety and prevents consumer misleading.

In accordance with the appendix of TR CU regulations, products not listed in the mandatory EAC certification catalogue shall apply for mandatory EAC Declaration of Conformity.

The EAC Declaration must be submitted by applicants registered within the Eurasian Union and recorded in the unified EAEU registration system, valid across all member states.

Besides mandatory declaration, voluntary GOST R certification is optional. Products with GOST certification may bear the GOST mark to enhance market credibility.
