EAC Certification for Oils & Fats | Customs Union Certification
TR CU 030/2012 sets requirements for lubricants, oils and special fluids, formulated under the 2010 technical regulation agreement of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia.
Where other Customs Union regulations apply to the above products, they shall comply with all relevant technical regulations.
Product Scope Regulated by TR CU 030/2012:
1. Lubricants:
Organic lubricants:
Engine oil (universal, carburetor, diesel, aircraft piston engine);
Gear oil;
Hydraulic oil;
Industrial oil;
Compressor oil;
Turbine oil;
Anti-corrosion oil;
Electrical insulating oil;
Base oil, grease;
2. Special fluids:
Coolants;
Brake fluid;
Waste liquids
Required Documents for EAC Compliance:
1. Technical specifications (if applicable);
2. Supply contracts and shipping documents (for 2D declaration);
3. Manufacturer quality management system certificate (if available);
4. Product quality certificate;
5. Safety data sheet;
6. Test report verifying regulatory compliance;
7. Registration documents of the applicant;
8. Domestic or overseas qualification certificates (if applicable).
EAC Declaration (CU-TR) Certification Process:
1. Application: Submit EAC/CU-TR declaration request.
2. Document Preparation: Prepare files in line with Customs Union requirements.
3. Product Testing: Send samples to authorized labs (1D/2D/3D/4D/5D/6D).
4. Report Compilation: Russian engineers issue test reports with qualified data.
5. Review: Authorities audit full technical documents.
6. Certificate Registration: Submit reports and register EAC DOC on official portal.
7. Issuance: Formal EAC declaration certificate issued.
8. Marking: Affix EAC marking on certified products.
