Armenia EAC Certification CIS National Certification
The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) consists of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. All products covered by Customs Union technical regulations require EAC certification for access to member states. Therefore, products exported to Armenia within the regulated scope must obtain EAC certification.
Required Documents for Armenia EAC Certification:
1. Application form, product manual, product photos, ISO9001 certificate, CE certificate or other relevant certificates;
2. Information of the EAEU local representative company: business license, tax registration certificate, company details (name, legal address, contact person, phone, fax, email), trade contract and commercial invoice.
Armenia EAC Certification Application Process:
For most products, submit the application form and product documents for review. After document approval, sign the contract and pay the deposit to initiate the project. The authority will issue and register the EAC certificate in the official EAEU system.
After confirming the scanned copy, the applicant pays the balance, then the original certificate will be delivered by mail. EAC certificates issued by any EAEU member state are registered in the unified Eurasian official database.
The type of EAC document required, either EAC Declaration or EAC Certificate, is determined by product risk classification and official technical regulations. Manufacturers cannot choose the document type independently.
