EAC Declaration of Conformity of the Customs Union Customs Union Certification
Customs Union Technical Regulation Certification, abbreviated as TP TC. English: Technical Regulations of the Customs Union Conformity Certificates / Declarations of Conformity (TR CU or CU-TR Certification). Since the certification mark is the EAC mark, it is also known as EAC Certification.
Effective date of the Customs Union CU-TR Technical Regulations: February 15, 2013. Some regulations are implemented gradually according to the effective dates announced by the government. The specific effective dates can be found in the technical regulation list.
Applicable scope of the Customs Union CU-TR Technical Regulation Certificates: Member states of the Customs Union include Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, etc.
The Customs Union Technical Regulation Declaration of Conformity (CU-TR Declaration) is a mandatory certificate for customs clearance and product sales. It certifies that the product meets the technical regulations of the Customs Union, confirms its safety, and allows free sale and circulation within the Customs Union territory.
Certification body: Implemented and issued by a third-party certification center authorized by the Customs Union government (e.g., Rongyida Certification Center).
Product testing: Performed by a third-party testing laboratory authorized by the Customs Union government.
Certificate applicant: Must be a legal entity located within the Customs Union territory.
