The food EAC Declaration is officially issued based on product sample test reports.

Main Testing Items

- Sensory indicators: taste, odor, appearance and color;

After laboratory sample testing, an official test report will be issued for EAC Declaration registration. All registered information is recorded in the unified official system of the regulatory authority, which is publicly accessible for validity inquiry and verification.

Food production enterprises are recommended to implement the HACCP management system to standardize production processes, reduce defective rates and control costs. ISO 22000 certification is not mandatory for food EAC application.

Key Features of Food Customs Union EAC Certification
