Required Application Documents

Application form: Fill in importer and exporter information, inspection address and product details with company stamp.
Commercial invoice: Include importer & exporter contact information, bilingual product name, HS code, brand, model, quantity and amount, sealed by the exporter.
Packing list: Indicate product specifications, volume, gross weight and net weight with official seal.
Test report: Provide product photos, materials, specifications and HS code; we can arrange testing if no valid report is available.

Application Process

Submit documents for official review.

Complete payment and book on-site inspection.

Conduct product inspection and container loading supervision.

Submit final invoice for certificate draft issuance.

Confirm draft and issue the official COC certificate.

Notes

Please book the inspection at least three working days in advance. For first-time applicants, prepare and check all documents in advance. After inspection, a result notice will be issued, and shipment is allowed only upon approval.
