欧洲技术认可组织（EOTA）是根据建筑产品（CPR）建立的欧洲范围内的建筑产品技术评估机构协会。该EOTA 是一家位于布鲁塞尔（比利时）的非营利组织。为建筑产品的欧洲技术评估 (ETA)提供框架，以确保整个欧洲的产品性能信息一致。EOTA 是唯一允许欧洲创新或非标准建筑产品制造商为其产品取得CE标志的平台。

什么是ETA认证
欧洲的技术评估（ETA）为评估非标建筑产品的基本性能特性的独立的欧洲范围内的程序。ETA 为制造商提供了一条获得 CE 标志的自愿途径，当产品没有或没有完全包含在建筑产品法规 (EU) 305/2011 下的协调标准 (hEN) 中时。 基于 ETA 的 CE 标志允许制造商在整个欧洲内部市场上自由销售其产品，并在较短的交货时间内推出创新产品和新产品功能。ETA 程序提供了一系列进一步的优势：

ETA 在整个欧洲在所有参与 ETA 程序的国家中得到认可,ETA 还具有很高的国际地位。
客观性和独立性
只有独立的技术评估机构 (TAB) 可以发布 ETA。独立评估增强了产品性能信息的可信度，提高了市场透明度并建立了客户信任。
自由流通
ETA 是促进建筑产品自由流通的相关工具。
CE 标志提高销售额
ETA 程序允许制造商将 CE 标志贴在没有统一标准的建筑产品上。通过 ETA，产品可以在欧洲内部市场上自由交易。
